Immediate Source of Acquisition
A note at the front of the book records that it was given to Edith Emily Adelaide Thomas of Ilford, Essex, in 1911 by her grandfather William Thomas of Harlesden (1834-1917), who was the son of the author. Purchased by the Library from J. O'D. Fenning, bookseller, 29 April 1971.
