Dedicated to Sir Charles Frederick KB, surveyor-general of the ordnance, 'from his most obedient and devoted humble servant Andrew Durnford, Engineer'. With several sketches, some coloured. Four printed maps of Dunkirk by William Faden, 1794, added later.
