Ruyensi prodit integrior', transcribed from Luc D'Achery and Jean Mabillon, Acta sanctorum Ordinis S. Benedicti, Saec. I (Paris, 1668), p. 138, for Henry Bradshaw. The writing is in the hand of A. Rogers. There are 56 folios, with the versos blank throughout.
