Chaderton, bishop of Lincoln, to commissioners, 18 Apr. 1604; original letter from the privy council to Chaderton, signed by Lord Ellesmere, 1st earls of Dorset, Nottingham, Suffolk, Devonshire, and Northampton, Robert Cecil viscount Cranborne, and by William Knollys, 30 Sep. 1604.
