Written in various hands, 150 folios: (fo. 1) pedigrees of the following families: Edwardes of Wisbech, Cambridgeshire (fo. 1v); Culpeper (fo. 2v); Wright (fo. 3v); Monox of Samford, Worcestershire (fo. 4); Napier (fo. 4v); Choke of Ashton, Somerset (fo. 5); Neville (fo. 5v); Fountain of Norfolk (fo. 6v); Forth of Butley Abbey, Suffolk (fo. 7); Sesson of Churchill, Oxfordshire (fo. 8); Tayer of Fanes, Norfolk (fo. 8v); Talor of Mildenhall, Suffolk... (fo. 9). The volume also includes the following: (fo. 9) index of names, A and B only; (fo. 9v) pedigree of Jerome of Herts; (fo. 10) copy of a visitation of Buckinghamshire, 1634; (fo. 54v) copy of a visitation of Wiltshire, undated; (fo. 121) index of names; (fo. 126) 'A table to Dugdales origines Juridicales to be carried into Norff. to be bound in Marble pages'. The volume consists of three separate original parts bound together (fos 1-9, 10-125 and 126-150). Fos 1-9 have an old foliation, 105-113, and perhaps formed the conclusion of a large collection. Fos 18-53 also have an old foliation, 5-40. The coats of arms on fos 14-26 are well drawn in pencil; other arms are crudely sketched in pen and ink.
