Any intellectual property rights subsisting in any part of the Collection shall remain vested in the body, person or persons entitled to own such rights from time to time.

For works created by Donald Lynden-Bell, permission may be sought from the Library to use Copies for non-commercial and educational purposes. Applications for licences for other uses shall be forwarded to the Donors.
