Scope and Contents
At a General Court Baron of the Rev. John Smith, D.D., Master of Gonville and Caius Coll., and the Fellows, Lords of the Manor of Buristead, Gt. Shelford, before John Sayver, esq., steward. The homage finds that Sarah, wife of John Gibbs, died since the last Court seised of lands and that John Gibbs is her son and heir and is in Court and prays admittance, late in occupation of John Brown...and he is admitted tenant. Examined by John Sayer, steward.
