Thomas Chapman, yeoman, of Mepal, acknowledges himself bound to William Camps the younger, gent., of Wilbraham, Cambs., for £210, on condition that the obligation be void if T. Chapman keeps all the agreements mentioned in a tripartite indenture of release of same date between Thos. Chapman and Mary his wife, of the 1st part, William Camps of the 2nd, and John Deeks, yeoman, of Cambridge of the 3rd part. Signed by Thomas Chapman, his mark, seal attached. Witnessed by Chas. Martindale and W. Musgrave.
