Bond of John Fryer, yeoman, of Knapwell, Cambs., to George, Earl of Northampton for £30. The condition being that if he faithfully performs all the agreements in the indenture of release, dated 2 Aug. 1720, then this obligation to be void. Signed by John Fryer. Witnessed by Thomas Curtis and John Harris. On the back is an unsigned acknowledgement of the receipt of £15 by J.F. from the Earl of Northampton.
