Whereas the Manor of Hungery Hatley of Sir Robt. Cotton holdeth of the Manor of Barham of John Millecent, it now witnesseth for £21.10 pd. to J.M. by Sir R.C....J. Millecent hath granted and released to Sir R. Cotton all the rents of the...Manor of Hatley. Signed by John Millecent, with seal. Witnessed by Thos. Prime and John Braddey.
