Edward Allpress, gent., of Fenstanton acknowledges himself bound to Hon. Edward Leeds, Serjeant-at-Law, of Croxton, Cambs., for £600. The condition being that if E.A. pays £300 by Jan. 2 next acc. to a surrender of same date as this, of copyhold lands in Fenstanton and Hilton and observes all the agreements therein, this obligation to be void. Signed by E. Allpress, with deal attached. Witnessed by Mary Armstrong and J. Waller.
