At a Court Baron of Mary, Dowager [Countess?] of Northampton held at Fenstanton before Thos. Curtis, gent., steward: The homage presents that John Smith of Eaton, Beds., surrendered by the hands of Richard Bunting and William Day 10 1/2 acres of land, formerly of Richard Mitchell of Ramsey, deceased...To the use of John Allpresse, sr., who prays to be admitted, pays 1/8 1/2 and is admitted. Examined by Charles Greene, steward, 17 Dec. 1764.
