Scope and Contents
Henry Head sought against Richard Head recovery of certain land in Offham. Richard Head vouched to warrant Hanna Clarke. Hanna Clarke vouched to warrant Edmund Clent. Henry Head craved leave to imparl, which was granted. Judgment went against Edmund Clent by default. The plaintiff recovered.
