This is the final agreement...at Westminster before John Vaughn, John Archer, Hugo Wyndham, Robert Atkyns, and William Ellys, between Nicholas Pedley, knight, and William Love and Mary his wife...And William and Mary recognize the right to certain lands in Elsworth, Cambs. of Nicholas...as a gift and give a warrant and Nicholas pays to them £100.
