Edward Matthews of March, yeoman, is bound to Thos. Cole of Doddington for £500...E.M. surrendered 17 acres of land in Dikeamore, abutting on the land of Edward and Elizabeth Ingle, W., upon the Eleven Acres, and upon the land of William [Gleves?] N., to the use of Thomas Coles...the obligation to be void so long as T.C. has undisturbed tenancy. Signed by Edward Matthews. Witnessed by John Ibbott and Daniel Barley, jr.
