John Taylor, farmer, of Bottisham, bequeathes to his nephew, John Taylor, his freehold house, bought of William Mott and his freehold common bought of William Branch, and 3 acres of copyhold lands belonging to Timbridge Court bought of Mr. Addams. Also his dove house, close, and barn bought of Mr. Tassel upon condition that he offers them for sale to his nephew Overin Taylor, brother of John, when he comes of age, for £50 and if he refuses John is to keep them. Also to his niece Mary Taylor £40 when she comes of age and to his niece Elizabeth Taylor the same. All the residue of his estate to be divided between his sister-in-law Mary Taylor and his nephew Overin, these last two are appointed executors. Signed by John Taylor.
