Scope and Contents
Ralph Rand claims against Charles Robinson recovery of certain lands in the above parishes. Charles Robinson vouched to warrant Roger Coates. Roger Coates vouched to warrant John Cooke. The plaintiff craved leave to imparl, which was granted. Judgement was given against John Cooke by default and the plaintiff recovered. The top left-hand corner of the document has been cut out, but the text is unaffected.
