Scope and Contents
Richard Shoreditch seeks against Peter Walter recovery of certain lands in the above parishes. Peter Walter vouches to warrant Robert Shoreditch. Robert Shoreditch vouches to warrant John Cocke. The plaintiff craves leaves to imparl, which was granted. Judgement was given against John Cocke by default. The plaintiff recovers.
