Scope and Contents
Henry Freeman and Henry Gilford sought recovery of certain lands in Gumley against John Horton. John Horton vouched to warrant George Hunston. Henry Freeman and Henry Gilford craved leave to imparl, which was granted. Judgement was given against George Hunston by default. The plaintiffs recovered.
