Ralph de Diceto, Dean of London, had granted certain land and property to the Deanery of St Paul's. The Bishop's predecessor G[ilbert Ffoliott] had confirmed this grant and assigned further land, on condition that each dean should pay a certain sum to the chamberlain for provisions on the anniversary of the Dean's death. The Bishop approves the above transactions and assigns further land.
