John Nicholas of Swaffham Bulbeck, Cambridgeshire sells to Roger Crispe of Cambridge certain land in Swaffham Prior for the term of one thousand years at a peppercorn rent; if John Nicholas pays a certain sum by a certain date the agreement is to be void. Witnesses: Alexander Appleyard, Robert Carrow. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by John Nicholas. Date: the same. Witnesses: the same.
