Thomas Carrow of Swaffham Bulbeck devises to his son William Carrow and his heirs for ever certain property in Swaffham, provided that he pay a certain sum yearly to the testator's daughter Elizabeth Carrow till she attain her majority and a certain sum at her attaining it and a further sum at a later date; if he fail to pay she is to enter upon the property; he bequeathes to his daughter Elizabeth certain personal property; he devises to his son Thomas Carrow and his heirs for ever certain land in Swaffham; he bequeathes certain property to the same; his daughter Elizabeth may wave (sic) the lands and come upon his executor for satisfaction; the residue to William Carrow whom he appoints executor; he appoints his kinsman William Peacock supervisor to his sons; he desires his sister-in-law Anne, wife of Thomas Creake, to assist his daughter.
