Scope and Contents
Sarah Buxton agrees with William Dickinson of Cambridge and Henry Dickinson of the same that she shall be seised for ever of certain land in the above parishes to her own use for life, after her decease as to part of the land to the use of her heirs for ever, and as to the rest to the use of Robert Buxton, Elizabeth Buxton, Rachell Buxton and Millicent Buxton, children of Sarah Buxton and their heirs for ever; Sarah Buxton has power of revocation with the consent of William Dickinson and Henry Dickinson. Witnesses: William Baron, Joseph Collis. A fragment of the seal is attached.

Purchased from John Whitaker, Cambridge (from Hove, Sussex) 13 August 1917 (With this cf Add 5958(14), the original of which was bought from E. Williams, 37 New Town, Hove, Sussex. Mr Whitaker's lot from Hove presumably came from the same vendor.
