Scope and Contents
Whereas the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral of the Blessed Trinity, Dublin, let to John Challoner of Dublin a certain farm by indenture dated the 5th year of Edward VI for a term of sixty-one years, John Challoner now assigns the lease to Richard Fagan of Dublin. The Dean and Chapter shall have a herriot after the decease of Richard Fagan. The document is subscribed by Sir Nycholas Brenan(?) and Sir Thomas [Lockwode]. The document has been cut down both sides, making the text imperfect.
