Peter de Hanley confirms his gift to John de Herdeby, chaplain of the chapel of St John Baptist, Staneley, of various lands, tenements and crofts in Hanley. At Hanley,witnessed by Roger de Hanley, William son of Marjorie of the same, Robert Whythenyd' of Staneley, Nicholas Wynston of the same, John Broun of the same, Roger de Hynckirshull, and others. Tagged pendant white round seal (damaged).
