John Carbonell, knight, quitclaims to Master Matthew de Lovayne and to Matthew's heirs an annual rent of 60s which John had for his lifetime by the gift of Master Matthew de Louayne senior, father of the grantee. Deed poll, witnessed by Master Hugh Pethche, Radulf de Bakepuys, Geoffrey de Percy, William de Fakham, Gilbert son of Hugh, Giles de la Garderobe, Nicholas de Coghow, William le Foukuner, and others. Tag, seal wanting. Endorsed in seventeenth-century hands or later: 'Dns Matheus de Lovayne / sine data', '+', and 'No 147'.
