Scope and Contents
For homage and service, Stephen de la Tur' confirms his gift to Henry de Neketo'n, and to Henry's heirs or assigns, of all Stephen's land of Miriden' formerly held by Eudo de Hawul' in pledge. Reserving an annual rent of one penny and statutory services for all services, exactions, and secular demands. Witnessed by Master Wydon, parson of D[?]neswell, Robert de Hull, John de Welwes, Geoffrey de Edalmeton' [Edasmeton?], Matthew de Baldone', Peter Chawntemerl', Roger son of Nicholas. Tag and seal wanting. Endorsed in a contemporary hand: 'Stephanus de Tur'', and in a slightly later hand: 'Miriden''. Further endorsed: '913' and '119'.
