Reserving annual quit-rent of one halfpenny for all services. Witnessed by William de Paueli, Robert Mantell, Henry de Per', Walter son of Robert, Geoffrey Beneit, William Thorell, Roger clerk, and others. Tag and seal wanting. No contemporary endorsement.
