Scope and Contents
John [Lestraunge, 6th Lord Strange] son of Roger Lestraunge de Knokyn appoints John Estmond and Bartholomew Knyght as his attornies to deliver, according to the tenor of his charter, seisin of his manor of Middelton [Milton], Cambridgeshire, with the advowson, to Richard Edenevet, rector of ?Llannemynagh, and to John Epurston, rector of Milton. Deed poll. Pendant red round armorial seal (damaged) upon tongue. Contemporary endorsement: 'Littera attornati de Middelton / ad deliberandum seisinam'. Further endorsed in red ink: '332/4' and, in pencil, '273'.
