Steward's account book, maintained by John Gardner and William Dunn Gardner, including details of quit rents due on manor of Chatteris Ramsey, Cambridgeshire. Leather-bound paper book, unfoliated. Receipts pasted in. With miscellaneous accounting papers loose, one on verso of a printed circular letter, signed by C Yorke, re his re-election to a parliamentary constituency, 13 May 1802. Also including bills for dinners at the Horse and Gate Inn, Chatteris, and a receipt issued by the Union Insurance Office, 1815. Bookplate of John Dunn Gardner of Chatteris House. Sold at unspecified date for 10s.
