Scope and Contents
Settlement in favour of trustees, prior to the marriage of Francis North, later 3rd Baron Guilford, and Lady Lucy Montague, daughter of George, earl of Halifax. Properties as in Doc 3956-9. [1728], [four-part?] indenture of 17 pages, signed and sealed by the 2nd Baron Guilford, by the earl of Halifax, and by the betrothed couple. Duty stamps.
