Scope and Contents
William, Earl of Banbury, and Thomas, Earl of Berkshire, lords lieutenant of the county and city of Oxford, appoint Sir William Pope to be their deputy lieutenant. Deed poll, signed and sealed by both earls. One seal wanting.
