Scope and Contents
John Morton, then bishop of Ely, acquits Rouland Puddesey esq, and Edith, Roland's wife (daughter and heir of the late John Hore), from all actions he has commenced against them, and quitclaims to them all interests acquired by virtue of his guardianship of the said Edith. Deed poll, signed by Morton. Pendant tagged seal wanting. In pencil at top right: '21'.
