Gilbert de E[lse]feld [Elsfield, Oxfordshire] snr releases to William de Wyke of Elsfield all his right and claim in a messuage with 8 acres in Elsfield, which formerly belonged to Hugh de Wyke, father of William. Deed poll, witnessed by Robert le ?Neven of ?Islep, John de Stoford, Thomas le ?Gir de Staunton, and others. Pendant tagged seal wanting. Endorsed in ?fifteenth-century hand: 'Relax' Gilb't Ellisfeld / de terres in Elisfeld [sic]'. Endorsed in pencil top-right: '6'.
