William de Wyk' confirms his gift (with warranty) to his father Hugh de Wyk', of a messuage and 19 acres in Elsefeld [Elsfield], Oxfordshire, for Hugh's life, at the annual rent of one rose, delivered at the Feast of St John Baptist. Deed poll, witnessed by William de M'ston', John de Bradel', George de Louches, Ralph de ?Sannford, John Bastard de Stoford, and others. Pendant tagged red-brown round seal with 'clover-leaf' device. Endorsed in a ?fifteenth-century hand: 'Carta de terris in Ellisfeld / Wyk'. In pencil at top-right: '2'. The regnal year in the dating clause has been altered.
