Hugh de Wyke of Elsefelde [Elsfield], Oxfordshire, confirms his gift (with warranty) to his son William de Wyke, of a messuage and 19 acres of land in Elsfield. Deed poll, witnessed by John de Bradle, William de M'ston', John Ewstace de Whatele, George de Louches, Ralph de Sanford, Simon le Frankelyn of ?Thamele, and others. Pendant tagged red-brown round seal of Hugh de Wyke, with unidentified central device. Endorsed in a ?fifteenth-century hand: 'Carta de terris in / Ellisfeld Wyk'. In pencil at top right: '1'.
