Scope and Contents
Sale by St John's College, with the consent of Commissioners appointed for the purpose of regulating sales made by corporations for the purpose of redeeming land, to E. M. Smith and his heirs to the use of such persons as E. M. Smith should appoint, to the use of E. M. Smith for life, with the remainder to the use of Christopher Pemberton and his heirs during the life of E. M. Smith in trust for E. M. Smith, with remainder to the use of E. M. Smith and his heirs for ever.
