Bargain and sale with enfeoffment, Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire
Scope and Contents
In consideration of #290, John Myers of Edenham, Lincolnshire, clerk (1st party), conveys to Frances Heffer of Burwell, spinster (2nd party), a malthouse, kilnhouse, associated close, piece of wood-ground called Blossoms Grove, and 18 acres of arable land in Fulborne [Fulbourn], Cambridgeshire, currently occupied by Charles Dawson and late the estate of Richard Fox. Charles Dawson of Fulbourn, yeoman (3rd party), is named as Heffer's trustee. Tripartite indenture, signed and sealed by Myers, witnessed by Samuel Buckle jnr and John Dawson; duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, and with certificate of livery of seisin, same date and witnesses. Further endorsed in pencil: '2'. Parchment supplied by J ?Humphry of the stamp office in Sudbury [Suffolk?].
