In consideration of 5s, John Bass of Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire, yeoman, leases a tenement with 67+ acres of arable and other lands in Gamlingay, more particularly described in the terrier annexed to Doc 3799, for one year to Thomas Hankin, citizen and apothecary, and to George Fox of Bishopsgate St, London, gent, at peppercorn rent as first stage in process of lease and release.
