Scope and Contents

In consideration of #90, Richard St George of St George Hatley, Cambridgeshire, gent, and Elizabeth his wife, sell to John Tailor of Biddenden, Kent, clothier, a tenement and pightle of ground in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire, with ten acres of arable land, formerly in the tenure of Richard Stocker, gent, and now in the tenure of Lawrence Watts, freemason. Indenture, signed and sealed by both St Georges (one seal missing), witnessed by Robert Bankworth and John Owen. Endorsed: 'No 1'.
