Scope and Contents
Matthew Burbage of Cambridge devises and bequeaths all his real estate to his wife Ann Burbage for life, on her death to his sons Thomas Grain Burbage and James Priest Burbage and their heirs for ever on trust to sell the estate and to dispose of the proceeds between themselves and the testator's other children; he bequeaths all his personal estate to his wife for life, on her death to his children or to the representative of any child who dies before the legacy is due; he appoints Thomas Grain Burbage and James Priest Burbage executors. Witnesses: G. B. White, Thomas Griffin, J. Hamilton.
