In consideration of #165, Robert Ware of Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire, yeoman, conveys to Thomas Fox of Cambridge, gent, a tenement with associated malthouse, kilnhouse, and c18 acres of arable land in Fulbourn. Covenant to levy a fine. Indenture, signed and sealed by Ware (seal wanting), witnessed by Edward Chapman, Austen Morgan and Thomas Lutt (makes mark).
