Margery Rogers of Little Eversden, widow of Oliver Grymbolde of Eversden, husbandman, confirms her gift (with warranty) to her daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth and Robert Keye of Little Eversden, of a messuage called Barnes and an acre of land called Bulvell, as well as three and a half acres of arable and meadow land at 'le Broke vocat Gyles Holme' in the parish of Little Eversden, an acre of land called Cattisshalle, and three further acres of land in Lytlingden in the parish of Great Eversden.Deed poll, signed by Richard Stanerton [?Staverton], witnessed by Stanerton, William Nevell, Edward Smyth, John Rusburgh, and many others. Tag with trace of red seal.
