Scope and Contents
Richard Peck snr, of Toft, John Herward of Little Everysdon, [Eversden] and Robert Ward of Kyngeston, confirm their release to Richard Pecke jnr, Robert Pecke, William Everesdon of Toft, and to William Saykyn' of Everysdon, of one acre of arable land lying in the field of Great Everysdon, between the lord's land to the east and the land of John Cernebrocks to the west, abutting to the north on the Burnebrocks, which land they have held together with Thomas Saykyn' and Thomas Herward of Esthatle [East Hatley], now deceased, by the demise and feoffment of Alice Kylburne of Great Everysdon. Deed poll, witnessed by Thomas Bocher, William Adam, Henry Scotte, William Clerke, Alexander Saykyn' of Everysdon, and many others. Three tags, one surviving round red seal: ?face left-profile.
