William Bridde of Madyngley [Madingley] confirms his gift (with warranty) to his wife Margaret, of all his lands and tenements lying in the vill and fields of Madingley. Deed poll, witnessed by Thomas Jaunto' of Madyngley, William Benet, Edmund Martyn of the same, and others. Bronze round seal: clawed beast or bird motif. Contemporary endorsement: 'Margareta Larke (?)'. Further endorsed in pencil: '3 / 5 Henry V'.
