Scope and Contents
Mariota le Fullere of Little Eversden confirms her gift (with warranty) to her daughter Alice, of a moiety of her house and grounds ('domus et curtilagium') in Little Eversden, running with the property of Margaret the widow of John le Wryste of Great Eversden, one end abutting on the church of Little Eversden, and the other on the rector's land, with right of entry and exit to the entrance of the said house at all times. Deed poll, witnessed by Richard Fynor, Richard de Bokesworth, Richard Hamelyn, John le Rede, John atte Pond, and many others. Seal wanting. Endorsed in pencil: '10'.
