William Joye of Kingiston confirms his gift (with warranty) to William and Alice Podyfat, of one selion of land in Brunnebro[?k] field, Evisdon, between the land of Podyfat and Dreywelle stream, at an annual rent of one halfpenny, payable at Michaelmas, in addition to all services. Deed poll, witnessed by William Jake of Evisdon, Roger, clerk of le Vale, Henry son of Walter of Evisdon, Alexander le Rus of Evisdon, Geoffrey de Saham of Kyngiston, Alan de ?Hance of the same, John Porter, and others. Seal wanting. Endorsed in pencil: '35'.
