Robert Huberd of Cambridge confirms his gift (with warranty) to William ?Jake of Eversden, of land in the vill, fields and 'culturis' in Eversden, at an annual rent of one gillyflower clove to Huberd, and the usual services to the lords of the fee. Deed poll, witnessed by John Finor, William Wynem', William Pudifat, William the son of Lucas, Thomas Luc', Alexander Peuerel, Richard Jak', John de Caldecote, and William de Clyne [?Clyue]. Warranty clause 'against Jews and Christians'. Seal wanting. Endorsed in pencil: '29'.
