Scope and Contents
Mary Stagg of Cambridge bequeaths certain land to her daughter Elizabeth Rider for life, afterwards to Elizabeth Rider's daughter Mary Rider; if Mary Rider dies before coming of age the land to go to Mary Stagg, Frances Stagg and Hester Stagg; Elizabeth Rider is to pay the children of the testatrix' daughter Sarah Rennolds a certain sum; in default of payment the land to go to the executrixes, to her son James Stagg a certain sum and certain property; to her daughters Mary Stagg, Frances Stagg and Hester Stagg and to their heirs for ever all her real and personal estate; she makes them executrixes. Witnesses: Jonas Montague, John Harwood, Robert Carrow.
