Scope and Contents
Thomas Sanney and Elizabeth, both of Finchley, lease to John Hedges of Finchley property in Netherstreet, Finchley, for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, in order that John Hodges may be in actual possession of the property and able to take a release of the reversion. Witnesses: William Rymer, Thomas Young. Two seals are attached. On a back is a certification of registration signed by Thomas Jones.
